Esther Emmanuel serves as a committed educational advisor and the Coordinator of Bloomrite Learning Support, an organization devoted to delivering tailored assistance to children with distinctive learning requirements. With a robust educational background in both teaching and the sciences, Esther effectively connects intricate behavioral theories with practical, day-to-day support for parents and educators.

As a writer, mentor, and educator, she adopts a calm, compassionate, and comprehensive method in her endeavors. She is the author of "The Gift of Difference, " a guide that embodies her belief in valuing uniqueness in education. Esther has a deep commitment to empowering her community, frequently leading training sessions on behavioral analysis techniques and organizing educational awareness activities, such as the yearly Special Needs Awareness Summit.

In her multiple roles—including content creator and advocate—Esther merges her educational expertise with a creative, contemporary approach to digital storytelling, ensuring that her message of inclusive support reaches those in need. She is motivated by a mission to cultivate environments where every child can flourish, step by step.

With 15 years of experience, she has devoted her career to supporting young learners with a clear vision. Her journey started at home, teaching a small group of children, which sparked her enthusiasm for engaging and playful learning. Under her guidance, Bloomrite now assists over 500 children, focusing on holistic growth and the significance of education. Esther actively champions personalized care and learning to help children achieve their educational objectives.

ABOUT BLOOMRITE LEARNING SUPPORT

We understand that the learning journey of an individual can be punctuated with different kinds of roadblocks especially from childhood and if nothing is done about these roadblocks they start to affect the self-esteem of the child as the child begins to think he/she is not intelligent. Our responsibility is to specifically identify these roadblocks (which can be peculiar to an individual), systematically pull out these roadblocks and strategically neutralize the effects of these roadblocks to set the child on a fun-filled learning adventure.

Bloomrite is established as a learning and behavioral support organization that provides support to pupils, kids and students with learning difficulties and behavioral challenges. Just as the name implies, our objective is to see every child bloom right into their unique potentials; performing at their highest possible abilities mentally i.e. (being able to learn and apply knowledge efficiently at all levels).

Trainings for Teachers and Parents

Training programs for parents and teachers can enhance their skills in supporting children with learning challenges. These sessions focus on effective strategies, communication techniques, and understanding individual needs, and emotional growth of affected students.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy for kids with challenges focuses on improving communication skills. Through tailored exercises and engaging activities, we help children enhance their speech, language, and social skills, in their own way

Assessment

Assessment for learning support for children struggling with learning and ADHD is essential. It helps identify their unique needs, strengths, and challenges, guiding tailored interventions to enhance their educational experience and promote academic success.

My son was continuously underperforming in his literacy task in school. At grade 3, he couldn't read and spell correctly but was very fluent. I consulted the learning support of the Hillside school headed by Mrs Esther Emmanuel. She took up my son's educational therapy, an Individual Educational Plan was drawn after he was assessed. Before the end of the term, my boy could spell more and read better which was attested by his class teacher.
